1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using moteroon ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Application.

2. Description of the Application

moteroon is a TikTok account management application that uses official TikTok APIs. The Application allows authorized account owners to:

Upload and publish video content
Review published video information
Access account statistics and performance metrics
Manage TikTok content through authorized API access

3. Eligibility

Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, TikTok Terms of Service, and API policies. The Application is not intended for use by minors under the age of 13.

4. Permitted Use

Users may use the Application solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with TikTok policies. The Application may only be used with TikTok accounts for which the user has proper authorization.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Violate TikTok Terms of Service or API policies
Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with Application functionality
Use the Application in violation of applicable laws
Share OAuth credentials with any third party
Circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions imposed by TikTok

All content uploaded through the Application remains the property of its respective owner. TikTok retains ownership of its platform, trademarks, services, and APIs.

The Application integrates with TikTok Login Kit and TikTok APIs. Use of TikTok services remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies, including:

The Application respects all rate limits, quotas, and technical guidelines published in TikTok's developer documentation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranties, express or implied, are provided regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Application operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Application.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Application operator and TikTok from claims arising from misuse of the Application or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Access to the Application may be suspended or terminated at any time if misuse, unauthorized activity, or policy violations are detected.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
